- 180 g smoked tofu, sliced
- 15 ml olive oil
- 8 slices Campagnolo Sesame Oat loaf
- 80 ml mayonnaise
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2–3 pickles, sliced
Pat the tofu dry, then brown it in the oil for 2–3 minutes on each side.
Toast the bread.
Spread 4 slices with mayonnaise.
Top with lettuce, tofu, tomatoes and pickles.
Spread the remaining slices with mayonnaise, close, cut and serve.
