Ingredients

  • 180 g smoked tofu, sliced
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 8 slices Campagnolo Sesame Oat loaf
  • 80 ml mayonnaise
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2–3 pickles, sliced

Preparation

Pat the tofu dry, then brown it in the oil for 2–3 minutes on each side.

Toast the bread.

Spread 4 slices with mayonnaise.

Top with lettuce, tofu, tomatoes and pickles.

Spread the remaining slices with mayonnaise, close, cut and serve.
