The Vaillant-Plante Family's Breakfast Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of marble cheddar cheese
  • 1 fresh tomato
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • Lime juice
  • Garlic (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil or butter
  • Bagel seasoning mix
  • Campagnolo 9 Whole Grains loaf

Preparation

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet or in the oven. Meanwhile, take the avocado, mash it, then add lime juice and garlic according to your taste. Dice the tomato and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, add vegetable oil or butter, then crack the egg. Once the egg is flipped, add the cheese and the two pre-cooked bacon slices on top.
  3. Toast a slice of Campagnolo 9 Whole Grains loaf. Assemble the sandwich by placing the toasted bread, avocado mash, egg with cheese and bacon, diced tomato, and finally, the bagel seasoning mix.
