Brazilian layered garlic bread

Ingredients

  • 1 oat and sesame Campagnolo loaf
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 100g mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
  • 300g shredded mozzarella
  • Smoked paprika (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • Parsley for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (approximately 200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, and season to taste with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
  3. In a bread loaf pan (or English cake mold), vertically arrange slices of bread previously coated with the creamy mixture and mozzarella, until the pan is full.
  4. Spread the remaining mozzarella on top to finish. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley to garnish.
