Brazilian layered garlic bread

- 1 oat and sesame Campagnolo loaf
- 200g cream cheese
- 100g mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 300g shredded mozzarella
- Smoked paprika (to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Parsley for garnish
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (approximately 200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, and season to taste with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a bread loaf pan (or English cake mold), vertically arrange slices of bread previously coated with the creamy mixture and mozzarella, until the pan is full.
- Spread the remaining mozzarella on top to finish. Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Finish by sprinkling chopped parsley to garnish.
