The Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 180 g halloumi, sliced
  • 8 slices Campagnolo 9 Whole grains loaf
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 80 ml mayonnaise
  • 500 ml rocket
  • 10–15 ml balsamic glaze

Preparation

Brown the halloumi in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Toast the bread.

Spread 4 slices with mayonnaise, then add tomatoes and rocket.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze and add the warm halloumi.

Spread the remaining slices with mayonnaise, close, cut and serve.
