Fresh & Tasty Topping

- 1 slice of Les Grains St-Méthode 100% Whole Wheat bread
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of light ricotta
- 5 ml (1/2 tsp) of honey
- 1 small peach, sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of toasted almonds
- Fresh mint
Toast the bread.
Whip the ricotta and honey to your desired consistency.
Spread the ricotta on the bread.
Top with slices of peach.
Sprinkle with almonds and garnish with a mint leaf.

Tips
A delectable topping that’s an excellent source of fibre (6 g), as well as a good source of calcium. Serve it at brunch with a matcha latte. The pear version provides an additional 1 g of fibre.
