Hawaiian-inspired sandwich with ham and pineapple

- 2 sandwiches
4 slices of St-Méthode homestyle Grand-Mère bread with stone-ground old-fashioned grains
2 slices mozzarella cheese
4 pineapple rounds, patted dry
8 slices of ham
4 slices of any lettuce
2 TBSP BBQ sauce
2 TBSP mayonnaise
Salt and pepper
- Mix together all spread ingredients in a small bowl.
- Spread on bread slices, layer half the slices with ingredients in the order listed, then top each with one of the remaining slices. Cut in 2, if desired, and enjoy!
