Cream and Maple Sugar Bread

- 4 slices of St-Méthode’s White Loaf bread
- ½ cup of 35% whipping cream
- 2 tbsp of butter
- ¼ cup of maple sugar, to serve
- Some maple syrup, to serve
- In a bowl, whip the cream until very soft peaks form. Add the bread and let it soak for about ten minutes.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the bread slices and grill lightly on each side.
- Plate the bread slices, dust with maple sugar, and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve.
