Tuna salad, lemon, and dill sandwich

4 slices of St-Méthode homestyle white loaf
2 leaves of curly lettuce
4 slices of tomato
Tuna salad
1 can (170g) tuna, drained
2 TBSP celery, finely chopped
1 TSP fresh dill, finely chopped
2 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TBSP lemon juice
Salt and pepper


  1. Mix together all tuna salad ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. Layer 2 bread slices with lettuce leaves and tomato, then spread with tuna salad and top with remaining slices. Cut in 2, if desired, and enjoy!
