Preparation
- Cook the bacon in a skillet or in the oven. Meanwhile, take the avocado, mash it, then add lime juice and garlic according to your taste. Dice the tomato and set aside.
- In a skillet, add vegetable oil or butter, then crack the egg. Once the egg is flipped, add the cheese and the two pre-cooked bacon slices on top.
- Toast a slice of Campagnolo 9 Whole Grains loaf. Assemble the sandwich by placing the toasted bread, avocado mash, egg with cheese and bacon, diced tomato, and finally, the bagel seasoning mix.
