The Smoothie: a low-sodium topping

- 1 slice Les Grains St-Méthode 100% Whole Grain with Sprouted Wheat Loaf
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) plain Greek yogurt
- 6 fresh raspberries
- 6 fresh blueberries
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) unsalted pistachios
- 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup
- Toast the bread and top it with Greek yogurt.
- Add the raspberries and blueberries.
- Garnish with pistachios and maple syrup. Enjoy!
