The Smoothie: a low-sodium topping

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Les Grains St-Méthode 100% Whole Grain with Sprouted Wheat Loaf
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) plain Greek yogurt
  • 6 fresh raspberries
  • 6 fresh blueberries
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) unsalted pistachios
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread and top it with Greek yogurt.
  2. Add the raspberries and blueberries.
  3. Garnish with pistachios and maple syrup. Enjoy!
