The Omega: a high-omega topping

- 1 slice Les Grains St-Méthode 9 Whole Grains Bread
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) cream cheese
- 25 g smoked salmon
- 5 ml (1 tsp) capers
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon zest
- Toast the bread and top it with cream cheese.
- Add the smoked salmon.
- Garnish with capers and lemon zest. Enjoy!
