The Omega: a high-omega topping

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Les Grains St-Méthode 9 Whole Grains Bread
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) cream cheese
  • 25 g smoked salmon
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) capers
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread and top it with cream cheese.
  2. Add the smoked salmon.
  3. Garnish with capers and lemon zest. Enjoy!
