Mediterranean Toast

Ingredients

- 1 slice of Les Grains St-Méthode 100% Whole Grain with Sprouted Wheat bread
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) of hummus
- ½ a grilled red pepper, cut into strips
- 3 black olives, thinly sliced
- 30 g of crumbled feta

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F.
  • Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Top with hummus and add the garnishes.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes.

Tips
This Mediterranean-inspired topping is an excellent source of fibre—providing 6 g of fibre per slice. It pairs wonderfully well with a watercress salad dressed with extra-virgin olive oil!
