Grilled veggie sandwich

Ingredients for 1 sandwich :
- 2 slices of white Miche d'Antan bread
- 4 slices of strong cheddar cheese, cut lengthwise
- 2 teaspoons of baba ganoush
- ½ avocado
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 fresh basil leaves
- 4 slices of Végé-pâté
- Grill two slices of bread on the barbecue
- Coat one side of the slices with the baba ganoush
- Spread the oregano and basil leaves on one side. Add the four slices of cheese.
- Thinly slice the végé-pâté and spread on the slice of bread with the baba ganoush.
- Add the avocado and combine the two slices.
Add flax seeds to your baba ganoush for more fiber!
