Strawberry-Basil Toast

2 minutes - 1 portion
- 1 slice of Les Grains St-Méthode 9 Whole Grains bread
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of cottage cheese, drained
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of strawberries, thinly sliced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of fresh basil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) of toasted slivered almonds
- A drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar
Toast the bread.
Add the cottage cheese, spreading and lightly crushing it.
Top with strawberries, almonds, garnish with basil, and finish with some balsamic vinegar.
