        Ingredients
        Monterey Jack Grilled Cheese Onion Confit, pear and arugula.
Ingredients :
	- 2 slices of La Récolte de St-Méthode bread
	- 5 slices of Fromagerie Bergeron Onion Confit Monterey Jack cheese
- 5 slices of pear
- Arugula leaves
- Optional: walnuts
- Butter
Monterey Jack Grilled Cheese Peppers and bacon.
Ingredients :
	- 2 slices of Hemp La Récolte de St-Méthode bread
	- 1 slice of cooked bacon (Precooked)
- 5 slices of Fromagerie Bergeron Peppers Monterey Jack cheese
- Butter with garlic and herbs
 
    
        Preparation
        Monterey Jack Grilled Cheese Onion Confit, pear and arugula.
Preparation : 
	- Take two slices of bread and brush the outer faces with butter.
- Slice a pear.
- Arrange cheese slices, then pear slices, arugula leaves and pieces of nuts.
- Grill in a Panini grill.
Monterey Jack Grilled Cheese Peppers and bacon.
Preparation :
	- Take two slices of bread and spread garlic butter on the outer sides.
- Arrange slices of cheese on bread, then slice bacon.
- Grill in a Panini grill.
