1/4 cup of tahini
1 tsp of honey for the spread, and 1 additional tsp for garnish
1/2 tsp of salt
2 slices of Les Grains St-Méthode toast
2 peaches, cut in quarters
Black sesame seeds & radish roots for presentation
- Combine the tahini, honey and salt in a small bowl, and mix until smooth.
- Spread half the tahini mixture on each toast, add peaches and sprinkle with sesame seeds and roots. Drizzle with a bit of honey.
