8 slices of Le Noble bread from Boulangerie St-Méthode
For the fleur de sel butter
½ cup butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp fleur de sel
For the lemon & thyme butter
½ cup butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp thyme leaves
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the rosemary & honey butter
½ cup butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a food processor, add all the ingredients for your chosen butter. Pulse until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and enjoy.
