Your personality can often give away the choices you make.
You may not like it, but if the shoe fits, wear it!
Do you have a health concern? Do you have an active lifestyle that requires bread with a high nutritional value?
Or are you simply looking to stay healthy?
Some breads have a mild flavour and the sweetness of milk and butter, leaving room for the other foods and toppings with which they are served. On the other hand, full-flavoured breads have aromas reminiscent of roasted coffee beans or toast. These breads have a more pronounced taste, which comes through no matter what other foods your pair them with.
The Cereals, grains and types of flour are what give bread its colour. Brown bread is usually made of finely ground whole wheat flour, while whole grain bread uses more coarsely ground whole wheat flour—that’s why you can see larger grains. By contrast, white bread is usually made of fine or specialty flour.
Some people love crunchy grains in their sandwiches. Others like brown bread without grains because it makes a better grilled cheese sandwich. Some people like to split the difference and have a few grains in their bread, but not too many.
Texture is what makes bread so pleasing to taste and touch. A soft texture is often indicative of a mild flavour. A denser, firmer texture usually indicates a flavour with more character.
